All three Standard Chartered Rugby Development Officers are current Singapore National players.
Responsibility of Standard Chartered Rugby Development Officer
• Promote the development of rugby through modified non-contact games and a Games Concept Approach
• Maintain and improve the playing standard of the existing rugby playing schools
• Observe school competitions at appropriate levels to provide coaching assistance and feedback to coaches
• Formulating and implement a strategic plan to introduce rugby to new schools
• Liaise with coaches and establish a good working relationship
