SRU National Women's League Finals Review


Friday night saw the ladies from Bucks and Blacks duke it out in the finals of the women’s league. What promised to be a cracker of a game certainly delivered, and then some more.

It was an all ACS finals at Round 1 of the World First U14 Schools Sevens Series!

Congratulations ACS (Independent) for winning Round 1 of the World First U14 Schools Sevens Series. 

2 more rounds to go for the top 2 teams to book their place to play in the Sports Hub during the HSBC Singapore Sevens on 17th April 2016!

World First Premiership and World First Challenge Cup: Week 8 Previews & Fixtures

This weekend sees the first ever Super Rugby game played on our shores, which promises to be a great experience for all involved in Super Rugby. Despite some changes in fixtures, there will be a World First Premiership Game and a World First Challenge Cup afternoon game this week to round off a true rugby weekend.

Bucks stage semis upset to setup finals against Blacks

Bucks showed why this weekend’s finals against league leaders, Blacks, will not be a foregone conclusion with their best performance in the SRU Women’s XV League yet.  With a spot in the finals at stake, it was the ladies in green and white that triumphed at the playoffs last Saturday.
In the round robin meetings between the two semifinalists, it was the Skyllas that had come out on top - just, until now.

Round 1 of the World First Singapore Schools Under 14 Sevens Series 2016 kicks off this weekend, 12th March at PESEB (Ex CCAB, Evans Road). Top 2 schools from this 3 round tournament will play at the HSBC Singapore Sevens on 17th April 2016!
