Team for 2015 Singapore Under 19 Announced
Congratulations to the following players for making the final cut for the 2015 Singapore (Standard Chartered National Rugby Academy) Under 19 Team. All of them are products of the Standard Chartered Bank National Rugby Academy. Clubs represented by these players are Saints RFC, Centaurs RFC, Wanderers RFC, Bedok Kings RFC, Singapore Cricket Club, Bucks RFC, Oldham Rugby.
Team Singapore’s Route to Asia Rugby Olympic Qualifiers
Singapore’s Men will be travelling to Hong Kong for the Asia Rugby Olympic Qualifiers today, 5th
November 2015. After completing the Asia Rugby Sevens Series 2015 last month, Singapore is currently ranked
as one of the top 7 teams in Asia. The team even capped off their best performance ever at the Societe Generale
Singapore Cricket Club (SCC) International Rugby 7s 2015 by reaching the Plates Quarter Finals last weekend.
Singapore’s Men will look to carry on their good form at the Asia Rugby Olympic Qualifiers where they are
grouped with South Korea, China, Chinese Taipei and Rugby World Cup Nation, Japan.

Singaporean Rugby players Reiner Leong & Jonathan Lee share their experience at the 1st ever Rugby World Club 10s. Reiner featured for the Asia Pacific Dragons scoring 3 tries, while Jonathan received a surprise call up to the Biarritz Olympique side. Reiner Leong becomes first Singaporean to play at new National Stadium
Reiner Leong will become the first Singaporean to play at the new National Stadium when he takes part at this weekend's Rugby World Club 10s. He will also be the only Singaporean to feature in the main competition. Reiner will be playing for the Asia Pacific Dragons. The competition features 8 teams from across the world and is the first event to be held at the new National Stadium.
